Take beautiful pictures of children outdoor. We can master the art of freezing the moments by applying 3 basic concepts

Camera - Canon 6D Lens - Canon EF 70-200 mm f/2.8L USM Aperture f/5.6 Shutter Speed 1/400 ISO 500
a) Fast Shutter Speed
Reasonably fast shutter speed in the range of 1/400 to 1/1000 second is needed in order to freeze the movement.
b) Wide Aperture
Selecting an aperture in the range of f/1.2 - f/5.6, depending on the lens you use, helps isolate the subject from the backdrop. This is achieved by allowing maximum amount of light through the lens opening to the sensor.
c) Continuous Shooting Mode
Putting your camera in continuous shooting mode is needed in order to capture several photographs in quick succession.
